Ok this is probably a stupid question
I just got my red 920 via Fedex this afternoon. As soon as I plugged the phone in to charge I get a SIM error - The SIM card is missing or invalid.
The card is definitely there - it was installed by AT&T before shipment.
I re-seated the card - same issue.
Is this coming up because I haven't activated the phone?
I am guessing not and that I either have a bum card or broken phone.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
