Mass storage on OS X?

Is it possible to use USB mass storage on OS X? That Windows Phone app is god awful and I prefer to manually manage all of my media anyways. I really don't want to have to use my boot camp OS or a VM just to add some music.

Well for anyone else wondering, it seems to not be possible, which is a major pain in the ***. The Windows Phone app only allows you to sync music and stuff from iTunes, which sucks for people that don't use iTunes to manage their music. It also doesn't support converting from Apple Lossless. I have to use Windows to do any sort of file management.
