Unless the video is like 5 seconds long I am unable to attach it to an SMS message.

I have to share a SkyDrive link to send it and that doesn't always work.

Anyone with advice or similar experiences?

I do not see which carrier you have in your profile. However, size limits for MMS are quite small. AT&T only allows one to share media that is 600 KB or smaller via MMS. AT&T Wireless- What are the Supported Multimedia Message (MMS) File Types and Size Limitations?

Each carrier has its own limits, but none will allow really large files.

    I hope that helps.

When I want to send a video I lower the resolution to the lowest setting and keep it below 30 seconds. That usually works for me. I wish the OS would automatically down-size it for me, but it doesn't.
