is anybody familiar with the Product Support Tool in Nokia Care Suite?I tried to get my Lumia 920 in Test Mode (Problems with proximity sensor) but only got an error message that suggested to try PowerOff first and then try to Change into Test Mode.But it didn´t work.
On the Display of the Lumia some strange Infos and the Phrase "RF Inactive" popped up.
Any Solutions/settings that I can try?I already switched off the Firewall,but that wasn´t the Problem.Obviously while trying to get the phone into test mode the program loses the usb Connection and therefore isn´t able to finish the process (just my guess).
