Hello all,
Rogers L920, I went through the 'Portico' update about 4 days ago. Everything went smooth, battery improvement, etc.
I just checked for an update this morning and received another update. The number was 8.0.10211.204 - but isn't that the same number as 4 days ago?

This one was much faster, both download and install.
Small additions to the existing 10211?

Edit: I didn't do a reset or anything prior, and the version was already the same number when you'd check phone info. Small cumulative update?

I'm installing it right now too. Downloaded pretty fast but the transferring files part is still loading quite slowly.
Wonder what could be different~ love getting updates lol xD

Re: Downloaded new update today

I have a Rogers L920 if that matters.
When I check the WP8 update history online, no mention of anything else new that wasn't already included in the update 4 days ago.
Maybe it's removing the Rogers screen at startup= = I freakin hate that thing.

Are we the only one seeing this update? Is it a Canadian thing? (SHOCKER)

Not sure. Like I mentioned earlier, there was no change in my version number.
As with the Portico update, I had to deactivate and reactivate my 'Access Point' carrier to get my MMS/Internet Sharing working again.

So, not sure what exactly changed.

Got it yesterday. My phone went through a 20% battery drain in 1hr and then it told me an update was ready.

Same as everyone else - Rogers, and same version number after the update. Is there somewhere to see the log of which updates have been pushed to your phone?

Here is the link to MS website:
Windows Phone 8 update history | Windows Phone How-to (United States)

I don't think there is a log on your phone, but if you note the KB number, you can search on MS

Did anyone figure out what this update was? It downloaded very quickly and then seemed to have gone through the same process as the Portfico update.

I took screen shots of the update. Looks like it mentions minor improvement and region/language updates.

I hate how they never give proper change logs on updates!!!

I am pretty sure it added new region and language settings specific to Canada. I don't recall having Inukitut or Mohawk settings before... Mind you, I don't speak either, so I could have just ignored them...

Got the update too, same build number and everything else seems the same. Probably just additional languages. I was hoping for better battery performance or something.
