If this has been known, just delete it. But I searched and did not find it.

Watching movies is a pain in the *** when those bright lights won't turn off.

I turned the screen off, put it up against my leg so the sensor got absolutely no light, turned it on while up against my leg, and until you turn the screen off again, they will stay off.

Should work for everyone. The screen gets really bright, (switches to medium) but that's usually good for movies. Just hold it a little further away from your face to avoid eye strain.

My settings are on auto, low. Even though its in auto, it does not change as long as I stay in the same lit environment.
