I don't get reboots, just random shutdowns. Usually though the phone will shut down overnight bu once again its random and doesn't always happen.

Random reboots about every week a few weeks after purchase. One time I noticed was after it froze when using the official Facebook app.

Just a heads up, but early last week (last monday or tuesday) i uninstalled a bunch of apps that i really don't use often and disabled the "keep wifi on" setting. My phone hasn't had a freeze/unresponsive/appears-turned-off episode since....

Before it would happen at least every other day or up to twice a day.

Give it a try unchecking the "keep wifi on..." setting

After 3 months of restarting every few days, updates, soft resets and hard reset, I exchanged my Lumia for a refurb w/ ATT. New phone has not restarted in 5 days, and the battery usage seems to be down as well. The hardware version of the refurb reads 1.0.0.0, but still I suspect a manufacturing or component issue in the first phone.

Phone has frozen 3 times in last 2 months. Reboots are random. So many times I am browsing a website and phone reboots. Factory default hasn't helped. I have felt like going back to iPhone (orevious iphone and android user) when it has rebooted when I am browsing something in hurry and phone reboots.

I am not sure is it proper to answer in this thread ... but well, YOU ask it and I could not resist .... I have phone like that and my fix was to keep "Wi-Fi" disabled to avoid freezes (turn off) and then, I finally found the latest firmware, 1232.5957.1308.00xx, and it fixed this problem, but it is not available as OTA yet (you need flash it by Nokia Care Suite or by Nokia software updater) .... just for your info, there is few others, who confirm that new firmware will fix this problem ...

Hi @ktl88 When did you buy the phone. After 15-20 days of usage of my Lumia 920 phone, the battery life has increased considerably. Just wait for 20 days and you will see the difference.

Worked fine for three months - then failed to recognise home wi-fi router, then wi-fi connection froze/crashed, now reboot frozen ? waiting for battery to lose charge.
