My issues started with my phones Bluetooth not connecting automatically and I would have to manually connect my 2012 jeeps Bluetooth radio everytime after initial pairing. The second day I had my lumia I was internet sharing to my surface while playing music to my car stereo over BT. y phone froze up and I had to do the vol down plus power to reset it. I took it back got another one and it did the same thing. I then noticed that it would freeze up when I had internet sharing on and BT running at same time and when I would turn key off from car and get out(turning key off disconnects BT) it would freeze up. BT would not automatically reconnect after initial pairing to devices I would have to manually click on device to reconnect BT. After portico phone would auto reconnect BT but still freeze up when using BT and internet sharing. I just got a new lumia from att, and it still freezes up with BT/internet sharing. I even ran phone with no apps and nothing in background and it still freezes. Now to make it even more interesting, earlier I just had Bluetooth on and was streaming music in the jeep while usb charging through cig lighter and got out turned off key, walked into store and looked at phone and screen was froze and had to be reset. So ****ing frustrating to have a nice phone keep doing this!!!! For the record, my 900,titan and focus flash do not freeze and worked flawlessly doing the same thing, intenet sharing with Bluetooth and never crashed!!! Im to the point, if this doesn't get at least addressed as an issue and I get assurances there working on it I might have to go back to android until wp8 gets there **** together.

Fed up with this stupid phone freezing every time I wish to use my Bluetooth headphones down the gym. It took 6 soft resets on Sunday before I finally managed to use it again.

The phone has also decided to multiply the dowloaded tracks my 16!!.....yep, for each track I downloaded, the phone's decided to give me another 15 of the same track!

Unable to download any files without the concern that it may not complete, as I don't have Wifi.

Camera : I've come from an iPhone 4, and to be honest, I feel the simple 5mp camera lens on that thing was A LOT better. When I take a pic with the 820, initially (looking through the lens) it looks very clear, but as soon as I snap a picture it removes all the sharpness, and natural colour!!

SD card not being recognised?? - what is this all about? The phone has been recognising the card for the past six weeks, and then when I wake up this morning, swtich the phone on, I get a message saying that the phone may not recognise the SD card, and that I need to check it out via my PC?!......I've re-formatted the SD card, and sitting on a time-bomb for waiting for it to happen again.

In my opinion, these phones should NOT have been put up for sale until ALL teething problems were corrected!.....you wouldn't buy a car which would have the chance of breaking down every day, would you?

All the above has been sent in previous emails to Nokia, and all I've received is a confirmation saying that someone will contact me SHORTLY.....hmmm.....why do I feel that this may NOT happen?.....maybe THEIR phone's are not working either.

Phone will not open ANY apps, have to restart at least 30 times a day, apprently one store in my entire state to do a warrenty exchange the AT&T store i delt with was very unhelpful with my matter.

** When I tap 'play music' icon on music+video app (more than 2000 music files is stored in my phone), the display freezes a second or two, then the now playing page appeared. The music still play immediately after I tap the button.
*** My phone restarting itself when I was listening to my music using Bluetooth-connected car entertainment system. I only paired it occasionally, but it happened almost once every 2 paring.
