Light flickering in VDO (taking with Lumia 920)

more like the light changing colour from green to yellow back and forth

it's very noticeable like in this vdo

It's the phone trying to adjust white balance on the fly. The phone is overly aggressive in trying to compensate. The solution, however, is simple. Just take the white balance off auto and set it to match the environment. Problem solved.
