    I thought this would not bother me but it has in recent days. My power button is flushed to the screen and feels flimsy, not solid like my other buttons are. What are my choices? If I open my phone up, I will be voiding my warranty but if I send it in, I will be without a phone and they will potentially scratch and mistreat it(very anal about my phone).

    I had the opposite problem with my power button when I first got my device. My power button was very loose and I felt it would get separated from the device. At that time, ATT replaced it. If you've had it for more than a month now, I would suggest that talk to Nokia Support (they have live chat support during the day in the US), and they will call it in for repair and either fix it or replace it. That would be your best option
