    I am stuck in windows 8 phone restore to factory settings. Phone never coming out of Two wheels spinning screen. it was about one hour now.
    Please advise.

    Read the sticky on this. More than likely your phone is bricked. There is a solution in the sticky. If that doesn't work, your phone is unrecoverable and will need to go back for repair.

    Common problem. Mines is with Nokia right now for the same problem!!
