Good Audio Recorders

Just wondering, does anyone know of any app that allows for
1) Easy recording of audio files
2) Easily extracted to PC (Don't need sharing to networks)
3) Without requiring a sync server (can't seem to get that working.)
4) And yes, works on a 920.

I'm using Voice Memos Lite right now and I do have a workaround of sorts to get files to my PC, but it's really roundabout.

Another thread had someone suggesting The Listener, but the reviews are quite conflicted on that; I have no idea what options I really have.

Yivosoft Recorder is the one I use. It never locks up, can record hours and hours. You can sync to your PC with the easy sync software or upload your files that are under 100 mb to skydrive.
It has a clean interface and best of all it just works
