Browser issue

In the absense of a WP app for wifi hotspots I attempted to load www.cloud .net which wouldnt load. I got a message saying
'in order to view and use the Clous website properly you will need to upgrade to a more advanced browser'

Can anyone shed any light on this and advise what will be best to do.

Are you sure you have the right address? Cloud.net went to a cdn services site.
