I got a Nokia update tonight too, didn't see any other details - i am in the uk, orange customer, black lumia 920. Came here first to see if anyone knew what it was for. Already had portico update.

Im the only 1??? I wish I took screenshots but it was a nokia update so I think its nokia windows phone 8 updates only but also I should add I live in the UK and im on EE so maybe I got it later than people from the US

No i got the same update, orange/ee uk. Just said Nokia update. I didn't even take screenshot. Check the other thread i mentioned above, it's got a bit more info on it, but still not sure what has improved!

Yesterday I updated my EE UK locked Lumia 920 with Nokia Software Updater for Retail 2.0.6 to the latest software (for EE UK): 1232.5957.1308.0020
Everything went smooth, the update erase all your data, but you can set it back again very easy after the update.
I also got "Storage Check" option in the Settings.

That explains so much, before the update I was using a app that fixes the storage problem and filled all my memory but during it I had the update and I got so much memory when it wa suppose to be completely filled.
