Live account not mine due to Zune pass and Facebook chat will not work

I am a noob to Windows phones so bear with me... When I first got my 920, my husband used his live ID to set up the phone. We used his so I could have access to his Zune account to download music. When I turn facebook chat on in the message settings, it logs me into his facebook account even though I downloaded the Windows Facebook app with my login. I also had to download some crappy mChat app just to chat on Facebook. I hate this stupid app and is there any way to benefit from the Zune pass and being able to use my built in FB chat in my messages? Id rather not have to do a hard reset but I will if its a last resort.Thanks for any valuable insight!

If I remember correctly, you can actually log into the phone with your own Live ID and just have your husband authorize your phone as 1 of the 3 Zune (Xbox Music) devices on his account. Unfortunately, I don't have a spare WP to test it out on.
