App list + setting backup giving error

Im not able to backup my app list + settings in the cloud. Getting error message with Error code: 0x80181548



What can i do about it?
Any one else with similar experience?

Do you have a custom lock screen background image?

If I remember right, I ran into the same issue when I was trying to back up my app list + settings. Try changing the lock screen image to the one that came with the phone (one of the pictures in the backgrounds folder if you go Settings -> Lock Screen -> Change Photo) and back up again.
