Call Waiting not working

I have tried everything and cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to get my call waiting settings working. Anyone else have a similar issue or solution? Thanks WP family.

Try using a GSM code. For call waiting its *43#

Also like it says in the screenshot, switch to 3g and see if you can enable call waiting.

I attempted to switch all of the network settings so that the setting would be editable but nothing worked. Thanks for the GSM code. That appears to have worked, however the box still shows call waiting as being switched off.

Try resetting your phone or simply rebooting after using that *43# code... It worked for me - the "network+" now shows Call Waiting as enabled.

As it says in the screenshot.... "Call settings don't work on 4G (LTE)"

Change to 3G or lower and they will be switchable again.....
