Facebook and Messaging not working together!

Hey, I've been having this problem since I got my Lumia 920 last week. After setting up my accounts and activating Facebook in the messaging app and being shown as online, I still don't receive messages properly. Every 1 in 20 message tends to pop up but otherwise I don't receive any messages. I do receive SMS though and I can also send Messages without a problem, it's only receiving them. It also works perfectly on Outlook.com, it's only in the messaging app that it doesn't work. It also doesn't seem to be working properly in Windows 8 either. What can I do to fix this issue, it's really annoying me and I can't seem to find any solution even after contacting Microsoft.

I have had problem with fb chatting too (only with integrated one) - it has been working properly before, but not any longer ... well, I am using Skype for chatting now and it works well ...
