I will be moving there soon so I'm looking to flash my device with a Singaporean OS so that I can make use of 4G. Anyone know if the SG devices are carrier branded?

I bought my gray 920 in Singapore completely unlocked, and I can use it overseas so far, so it is possible for you to get 4G there as long as you purchase the 4G sim card from a carrier. I hope that answers your question?

Well I actually bought mine unlocked in Thailand but since there is no 4G here I think it's locked in the phone. As in, I am not able to choose my fastest speed as 4G in the cellular settings.

Unfortunately you will have to wait for an update from the Thai carrier that unlocks 4G connectivity since your 920 I assume is Thai specific model

Yes but I am planning to flash my device with the SG OS to get the 4G facility, so my question was that do the SG phones have any carrier branding? Any logos of Singtel when you boot up the phone, etc?
