sky email help

Hi people am knew here as i only registered 2 mins ago so apologies if this has already been posted before.

I have a 920 and love it by the way .. However i use to have my emails working . However i think sky have moved to yahoo bur no matter what i try they wont work and there isn't an app that supports mail.

Has anyone come across this before ?

Any help would be awesome

Hi,

I work for Sky (IT Department) Sky have moved there email from gmail to yahoo

• Click on Settings
• Click on email + accounts
• Click add an account
• Choose the yahoo email option
• Enter your Sky email details and password
• then your Sky email should be set up on your 920

or below is the servers you can use to setup the account manually

Incoming POP3: pop.tools.sky.com, Port: 995
Outgoing SMTP: smtp.tools.sky.com, Port: 465

I have done this but it keeps saying attention required and wont fetch any new emails or bring up my old ones

Think its because of the change

Prob best to call in to see if there is any issues with your account just in case there was problems with the migration of your account.

Yeah because i cant even cha ge my password online so dunno what's happening .. Just calling sky is a pain ... Cheers tho
