AT&T voicemail quiet

Is it just me or is the voicemail super quiet? I have to turn the volume up to 30 to hear people talking. Don't have to for anything else. Any ideas how to fix?

Are you using traditional voicemail or visual voicemail?

Visual. I click on the list to play.

When using visual voicemail you have to click on the"speaker" icon in bottom right of the phone. Your volume will be normal then.

Just tried that. Doesn't change the volume.. It does output the sound through the speakerphone which is it's function, but that is quiet too.

Hmmm. Then you should visit one of your local ATT stores. They should be able to help you.

I use visual voicemail as well and I would agree w/ the OP, my voicemail is very quiet. It seems odd that the voicemail volume level maxes out at 10, whereas the rest of the system volume goes to 30. If you ever find a resolution, please share
