my lumia 920 Speech Recognition does not work for Text, Find

My lumia 920 only works for call, open and redial command. For text it does not work.

> Restarted it but has no effect of it.
> Correct English(India) is chosen in settings.
> It does not provide option for Text name in "What can i say" option.

That is coz Microsoft wasn't kind to all countries . These Bing features (local scout etc) and speech features are restricted to UK and US.
The only workaround is to download English(US) language/speech pack/keyboard pack and change language of Bing/Browser to English(US). And the side effect is : It won't be anymore optimized for Indian Names and accent.
