"Add to Contacts" work around for Lumia 920

I have just purchased a Lumia 920 to replace my Titan II. I find that the app "Add to Contacts" does not work with the Lumia. It does not show up in the App Link page when I search for a restaurant, for example, and want to add that restaurant to my contacts list. Is there another app, a Nokia app or a work-around for this?

Seriously? I have the Lumia 920 and it works flawlessly. What steps are you using?

It's been a while but it never worked on my 920 either. I tried several steps per the dev's instructions on another thread but it just never took. Maybe I'll un/re-install and try again.

Yeah. It's one of the things I don't like about the 920: the integration of Local Scout/Maps-Here/Contacts is...well, non-existent.

I think that the issue is not with the 920 and/or the app. It is really with WP8. WP7.5, when we changed the search & browser to United States it enabled Local Scout and it worked, but since WP8 local appears but it really doesn't work which all apps within that doesn't work either.

So Local Scout doesn't work on WP8? I'm afraid I didn't follow very well.
