Stop Unnecessary Sync

Hi all.

Is there away to stop Photos What's New and People News Feed from syncing and updating from Facebook and Twitter? I'm afraid it will cost too much data considering it has pictures and these items are not necessary for me.

A partial Yes,

For email go to Settings > email+accounts .Then tap on an account you will see a the options to remove sync or set sync time appropriately.

For photos, in case you want the sync to skydrive be removed, go to Settings > Applications tab > photos+camera > turn off skydrive

I can't seem to find the social accounts sync option, you can unpon the people tile and check the data usage.

My Nokia lumia 800 phone is allways synchronising all my e-mail and accounts. I can not click on the account and chouse the no synchronising option (the name of my accounts are in gray).
My battery is emphty in 7 hours and my internet is consumed.
What can I do?

When you say you cannot click on the account and it is grey, are you trying to access it from Settings > Email+Accounts page or from the Linked inbox app and clicking on the "..." and clicking linked inboxes?
