we are having trouble charging this purchase to your phone bill, most likely because you lost your cellular data connection.

i was trying to download a game and charge it to my bill.....so i HAVE to use my data plan for carrier billing?

i just used carrier billing for a song and it worked but not for this game

Are you having problems where carrier billing does not work at all, or is carrier billing not working when you use WiFi only and not mobile network?

yesterday I was using carrier barrier billing for the song and it downloaded over WiFi. Its when I tried to use carrier billing with the game, that it didn't work with downloading over WiFi
