Rename just causes more errors. At this point, I'm assuming no one with an ATT version of this phone has gotten this to work?

Renaming only the name of the file won't work. You need to edit the content of the file via notepad.

You can't flash a 920 ROM to the Lumia 820.

Unless you're referring to RM-820 in which case it will be fine.

Yeah sure, if it doesn't work you can use NCS to restore your phone

great then! thanks for the quick replying, the only thing I'm afraid is that brazil's LTE frequency is different from most of other countries, I'm afraid of not working since france's lte frequency maybe be different from brazil's, can this happen?

What LTE band does your operator use and what variant of 920 do you have?

I guess it's 1,3,5,7,, it operates on 2,5ghz // rm-821, product code: 059Q8T8

The NA ATT builds of RM-820 will not flash directly to RM-821. You need to flash to the Pre-portico Rogers RM-820, do the OTA update then you will be able to flash any RM-821 build you want (including this amber build). For more details please review the linked post (#52). Worked for me. I no longer have an LTE icon but my speed tests are in the 5-7mb range so I'm happy.

I'm stuck at step 10, it's giving the error of invalid signature.. I have already renamed the file from nokia/packages/rm-821, but I'm still getting the same error..

edit: it's saying C:\ProgramData\Nokia\Packages\Products\RM-821\RM821_059S6R5_3047.0000.1326.2002_068.vpl has invalid signature.

what shall I do?

Rename all files to remove the leading serial

I did every steps like it was told, I entered nokia care, product support etc.. when I pressed '''start'' it said me there was an error ''B1...vlp'', so I renamed it like it was told, so I renamed it and this is what I get now:

I was having same issues as mentioned above.. I just removed the checksum hashes from each file, closed the NCS and relaunched it and did all steps all and voila it worked..
