Already reported, it seems a carrier network fix or something

I don't think is a carrier fix because some are just country variants, not locked to carrier, installed the aussie one on my rogers 920 and runs very fast and smooth, a bit better than the euro dev gdr2 rom. shows 4G but runs at LTE around 20-24 MB download.

I downloaded the NCS, ran as administrator and it ask for user name and password. Having never used this program before, where and how do I get a user name and password. This only happens when I try to check for updates for Nokia Care Suite.

Help!!!!
