Volume Automatically changes to 13/30 :: Lumia 920

Hi Guys,

Please help me out, after Microsoft GDR2/Amber update my phone volume is automatically changing to 13/30.

I forcefully set it to 21/30..after sometime its getting to 13/30..

found this most of the time when i am getting Incoming call..

Its something to do with automatic volume management, reduces the volume so the ear is not damaged.
I cannot remember how to turn that off, might be Settings > Audio > Audio Leveling 'OFF', but am not 100% sure, it'll reduce when you plug in earphones.
Am on 720, no Amber yet.

It is not a bug but an implemented feature, the volume resets to 13/30 everytime you restart your phone.

It's so annoying both on my NL920 & NL925. Is there anyway to resolve this issue ?

It's supposed to prevent damage to your ears with headphones. It used to be 19 before and now it's at 13.

It does this randomly while using the phone in various situations, and I've never been able to re-create this to happen, its fricken irritating when I've been listening to music for awhile and randomly it will lower the volume on me.........seems like its buggy because it doesn't happen every time

Thought I'd reply here too as my 920 does the same. I've also seen it happen on a 800, so I doubt it's to do with WP8. At first I thought I was nudging the volume, but thought it's odd how the volume always jumps to 13 where I set the volume to 17 (13 is too quiet for the environment I'm in).
I've noticed it happen after a restart, but also whilst the phone is on and not doing anything. It even happens over night whilst on charge.
