Annoying issues ..

Recently got a Lumia 920. will appreciate your comments.

1) The battery charge duration is erratic. With the same use on different days, sometimes it discharges way more quickly than others, requiring charging.
2) Can't seem to keep Bing form popping up when I unlock screen.
3) I regularly have to adjust volume to 30/30, because it lowers by itself.
4) On my Lumia 900, my emoticons showed as round faces with their respective expression or symbol. For example, was a round happy face ... was a face with a tongue ... <3 was a heart. With the 920 it doesn't happen. Also, many of the other emoticons offered in the 920 don't translate to other phones.

Regarding #1, when the device is discharging at different rates, are you using it in the same location or in different locations? It is normal for the battery to drain quicker if reception is poor. If it is discharging more rapidly in a certain location, how is your coverage in that location?
