Good News Kindly CHange the Date & Region Get update 8.1

Restart your phone & connect your phone with SDK 8.0 Developer Registration tool
your phone is already unlocked Kindlyh once unlock & plug out Restart your phone and plug in unlock it again
& then connect wifi check updates it works with my cellphone.

It will work because this way the servers will think it's the 15th already. This gives me a better idea. Why don't you set the date to December 2014, and then you can get WP 8.1 GDR2 as well. Hoping to hear back from you.

Seriously though, I wish the Windows Phone Gods would smite people like this.

I an im UK, I just changed region to USA, and date to 15th, and its downloaded an update, doesn't look like 8.1 though it downloaded it far too quickly, unless this is a prerequisite update

The only reason this works is because the update is already on the server, so if it is set to update tomorrow, and it uses the phones date and region to check on those details, then it tricks the server into allowing the update early

Personally Id have thought the server would check the date itself, but apparently not

it's true. even i got an update. however, it downloaded quickly. it is version 8.0.10532.166 and it says it will make it easier for me to update to WP 8.1!
