Help please-camera app crashed/stuck in black screen

Hi everyone,
I have a 920 running 8.1 with latest update. My camera app crashed and now I'm stuck on a black screen. Tried a soft reset and it won't reboot. Thanks in advance, for your help. And the phone is extremely hot, behind the camera.

I would try a hard reboot. Anything nit backed up such as notes will be lost, but your start screen configuration and all your apps will go back on.

The timing can be finicky. Just make sure its plugged in. If the low battery icon comes on in the middle of it ignore it. The phone gets confused mid reboot sometimes. Did this to my phone only lost saved notes under a basic app (a better app would have backed it up to OneDrive or used the new wp8.1 backup feature).

Long press the power button usually solves these kind of issues for me
