Black update is causing 920 to freeze--how do I fix it?

i updated my phone 3 times to black update.from wifi,nsu.every time my phone not responding.cant go to apps or setting.cant do any thing.please help me guys.this is a big headech to me.the shop that i bought phone,repaired it last times and they said to not to update my phone
