Cyan update stuck on Lumia 920

After I started the Cyan update, my phone restarted and went into the spinning gears screen. However the progress bar didn't move for an hour so I restarted the phone. It just went back into the spinning gears screen and has been stuck for the past 30+ minutes. How long is this update supposed to take? How can I cancel it?

Let the phone do its thing it may take awhile, mine probably took a hour installing the update and migrating the data.

The next time try a soft reset, hold down power button and volume down button until phone vibrates, it may take awhile before it vibrates.. I had to do mine this way because it showed a unknown error dialog when it was installing the update, done a soft reset and it installed.

Could be your internet speed is affecting it. Anyway just leave it until its done. I've seen people left it updating the phone for days.
