Why don't I have vibration after Cyan update?

No vibration after Cyan update

Mine is a thailand unlocked black L920. I waited months for the Cyan update. But after I'd done it, the vibration stopped to work, no matter it's the buttons or 'call/text' notificaiton'. Vibration option is on, and I tried hard reset, TWICE. Anyone experienced this after any update???

Try rolling back to Lumia Black to confirm if this is indeed a hardware issue.
Try reporting this to Microsoft Mobile as well, and see if you can get a decent response from them.

Thanks. It looks like a real hussle to downgrade... I'm pretty sure it's a software problem. Let me try to contact their tech support.

Update: I just found out vibration is working (though smaller than I remember) within WeChat app. It means it's not a hardware problem. I'm still with Lumia Cyan.
