Lumia 920 charging port burnt !!

Hello,
My Nokia Lumia 920 charging port was burnt when I was charging the phone.I saw smoke coming out of the port and tried to remove the charger.But polycarbonate shell was melted and charger stuck to the port.I turned off my charger and slowly removed it.Never thought this could happen to my Lumia.

Two things to notice.My Phone is still working and can be charged with another charger.But the charger is not working.

I'd go straight to Microsoft support to complain/talk/whatever, provided you weren't using a bargain-bin cheapo cable with the phone.

I was using the original Nokia charger.
