Car Charger: Nokia DC-6, DC-17, or something else for the 920?

You'll find some good replies in this thread http://forums.windowscentral.com/nokia-lumia-920/323809-920-car-chargers.html

TL:DR - a few of us recommend getting the Amazon.com: PortaPow Specialised 1ft Short 24AWG Charge Only Micro USB Cable for Blackberry, Xperia, HTC One, Google Nexus, Other Fast Charging Devices: Cell Phones & Accessories cable and purchase any "car charger" to plug the cable into it (unless you have a USB port in your vehicle; then all you need is the cable that I just linked). When it comes to giving phones and other small electronics power, it really only matters about what the cable can transmit, not-so-much the actual charger.

Best of luck!

There is one I can highly recommend you. RadioShack makes it's in house brand Enercell. I bought a car charger from them Turkey Day Weekend 2013. I still have the charger to this day. It powered up a Lumia 810 I had at the time, and the 920 I have now, plus it charges my wife's 1520, which I notices some chargers don't work right. Most others would give the warning that the charger is not sending sufficient charge to it, but not the RadioShack one. It works very well...

I wonder if this one will be on sale due to Radio Shack going out of business.

From what I know, half the stores are closing. For example, the one closest to me is closing, yet another one less than 2 miles away is staying open
