Exchange Mail Error 8501001D
Anyone else out there have an issue with their 920 and an exchange error? Our corporate email was upgraded and I can no longer connect my phone. I've tried everything from restarting, a factory reset, manual date/time, etc. The corporate email administrator turned on ActiveSync and has been able to successfully set up the account on two other phones(925 and HTC One). It still works on my work-issued iPad and Outlook on my computer. Any suggestions?
