With the latest Windows 10 update for my Lumia 920, why are only a few apps working?

Latest Windows 10 update for lumia 920 only few apps working

After today's Win 10 update my Lumia920 cannot connect to wi-fi, find contacts dial out receive messages. All it can do is receive calls. How can i sort this out. Do I need hard reset or is there a simpler way?
