Lumia 920 unusable after update released on 7/25 - Windows 10

Hi all,

Long story short, after the update installed on Friday night, I can't provide the release number b/c I don't know it, I have been unable to use my phone. When I tried to put in my pin, the 'enter' key would not do anything, hence, I could not get pass the login screen. Somehow, I colleague managed to locked me out of my phone. The phone now says 'You've entered an incorrect PIN too many times. To try again, restart your device.'

Things that I tried:
- Trying to change settings on the drop down menu.
- leave the phone alone for over 12 hrs.
- soft reboot (Volume down + power key for 10 seconds)
- hard reset (Volume down + Volume up + power key for 10 seconds)

Does anyone have any suggestions?

It sounds like you may have gotten build 10149 which is known to have issues with Lock Screen PIN. If you go back on Insider, disable PIN first.
