Want to buy RM-820

So my 640 XL was a huge disappointment and I need a new phone until the 950 series comes out because the screen is dying. The 920 looks like a good fit, but I need something that's going to work on two specific LTE 'bands' (1700 and 1900) since I use both T-Mobile and AT&T.

According to Wikipedia, the RM-820 model supports 4G LTE on both these bands, can anyone confirm this? MS took down their 'official' specs and of course most eBay pages are questionable at best in their description.

Band 4 is 1700 MHz and band 2 is 1900 MHz

Picked one up off Amazon. Came with both 1700 & 1900 when I ran field test mode. THanks though!
