My 920 has suffered this problem for a couple of weeks, and I don't know what caused it and what would fix it.
The problem: Normally, sounds work fine. But, whenever I make or receive a call (voice, Skype ...), all sounds (input & output) stop working. A soft reset enables sounds again, but the problem reappears if I make/receive a call.
I don't know if this is a hardware or software bug. Any insights are definitely welcome!
