PC does not recognize my Lumia 920?

PC does not recognize my Lumia 920

When I try top connect my Lumia 920 to my PC it does not show the device. Tried to use different computers , different PCs and USB cables , it only shows that device is charging. Checked the device manager , no exclamation marks showing up or similar. Turned off all of the backup storage - did no hel either...

your phone could be having the problem then since you've checked pc, cable
