how much available storage out of the box for lumia 925? I know its a 16 GB but im asking for the available storage...

I would guess probably around 13GB, give or take.

Incase you care: If you download the maps for the entire US, that is another 2.5 gigs. You may not want that knowledge is power!

Do you mean around 13GB available not encluding the OS firmware, what i know is that 16GB (decimal) shown by the OS as 14.5 (Binary), The OS takes 2GB, "Other" files took 1GB, So i think the available is 11.5GB which is really small... I dont know why WP firmware is much bigger than Android firmware, also WP Apps are bigger than Android Apps.

My assumption of 13GB give or take is taking the OS and preinstalled apps into consideration. Oh, also, you could probably free up a bit more space if you're planning on getting a 925 from T-Mobile USA because you can uninstall the bloatware apps if you don't want them (not sure of your intentions, though).

I hope it wii be around 13GB, im not in the US, anyway im planing get it even if there is only the 16GB model.. Hope nokia make it available soon...

I thing the WP8 takes about a little over 2GB of storage and what ever T-Mobile puts in on top of that! Maybe another 1GB so I think 13GB is about right!

Finally i have the answer,
The 16 GB model has a total storage of 14.6 GB, the available storage is 12 GB.

I dont have yet, maybe in a week from germany, the gray 925 is now selling as sim unlocked in germany, i got the info from the following youtube video:
