Let's just hope that this isn't part of PR 2.0

I mean, it'll be great if this came to all WPs, not just Lumias.

To (pleeeease) be accompanied by the custom sms/email tone you set.

Damn the camera panning away so quickly though. Hopefully this shows up in another video review.

I've been waiting for this feature forever.
    Phone History (hopefully in order): Samsung SGH-D407 > AT&T (HTC) Tilt > Sony Ericsson W580 > Blackberry Curve 8900 > Sony Ericsson C901 > HTC Touch Pro 2 > Blackberry 9700 > iPhone 3GS > Motorola Defy > Blackberry 9650 > iPhone 4 > Nokia E71 > Dell Venue Pro > HTC Titan > HTC Titan II > Lumia 900 + Samsung Galaxy Exhibit > Nokia Lumia 920 + Nokia Lumia 521 + Motorola RAZR V3xx

I did wonder if maybe it was a trick of the light in the room as the camera panned quickly as well.

    Well let's hope not.

They need this. I miss this feature from my Pre's.

It's nice to have a flashing notification, especially if your phone is on silent, or you didn't feel it on vibe.

That would be great if this feature is implemented on Nokia's Lumia devices. I have the Breathing Light on my N8 menu button (it can be disabled if necessary) and it was a great notification function of missed calls and texts.

But, it could also be an indicator that the battery is charging or that the battery is low???

Oh well, just Bring it Nokia!

yes but it only lights up to indicate the device is charging and blinks if there is a missed call.

But does each button on other Lumias (al la 920/928) have their own LED? Or is it an array across the whole bottom of the phone?

    That's what i was thinking.
I doubt other phones have that or at least all of them have that.

On a Focus 2 right now and I can clearly see the outlines of the three LEDs, one under each capacitive button.

I'm not sure why, but part of me hopes this is just a Nokia thing... That being said,

since it's the Windows button that flashes, it gives reason to believe that it's part Microsoft's doing too.

If it was a manufacturer (Nokia) feature, then why not use a low power LED instead of the Windows button.
