Just got my hands on Lumia 925, but... seeking rom help

Currently I'm living in Shanghai, China.

I've already got my 925 for a few days. Everything looks good, only the rom of this phone seems specialized for Chinese market and I don't quite like it.
The Market is full of useless software and region is locked, I couldn't switch it to US market by changing the region settings.

Is there any rom that I can flash into it so I can get rid of this crapy rom?
