Stupid question- I know 1020 is a much better phone compare to 925 in terms of camera and ram and storage.

But I feel that the build and materials used in the 925 might be better? Also the lightness and slimness also is a plus. So what do you guys think...1020 or 925?

The extra GB of ram in the 1020 is to process all the raw data in those massive 38mp photos, and won't really affect performance elsewhere in the OS. If you don't need THAT good of a camera (the 925 is pretty good also) I personally think the 925 is the sexier device, and will have better battery life due to the smaller compliment of RAM. I'm not really sold on aluminum as a "superior" build material for a phone, though... It's rigidity means that in the event of a drop more vibrational force from the impact will be transferred to the screen, rather than absorbed by the body, increasing the likelihood of a shatter. Physics lesson for you. :) Either device is a winner, though... If the camera isn't a must for you, and the difference between the respective carriers doesn't matter, it's really a win-win choice. Personally I'd go with the 1020 if both were available to me. (neither have been released here in Canada)

I think both phones are amazing and gorgeous, but I prefer the 925 just because I honestly don't need that insane 41 megapixel camera! Also, I do like the aluminum sides in the 925 better.

I have a 920 (unlocked Rogers), by the way... I may eventually get a 925, though, since T-Mobile is my carrier.
