That's just a version number based on your specific model/version operator. Nothing new...

On September 5, a software update to Software version 3050.0000.1330.2004 will be released for the Nokia Lumia 925. The software update, which will be available by Over The Air (OTA), adds user experience improvements.

Had this too with 4G now the highest option in the menu. This was the only problem with my UK sim free version, glad they've fixed it now.

Thanks for the heads up. I downloaded the update this morning. I submitted the tip to WPC and they posted about it.

I took a screenshot of the About page before and after and the only change is the Firmware: 3047.0000.1326.2005 - > x.x.x.2006.

I have 4G available in 'mobile network' setting now, as well.

Too bad this doesn't fix the random reboots.

Anyone found the battery life dived with this small update? I've lost about 4-5 hours (13 down to 8) after this update :/

Anyone else now missing the 2G option in Mobile Network after this update?

This is a problem for me as the 3G coverage where I live is a bit poor and I often get delayed text messages with 3G on. :(

Just got it on my 3 contract phone - no 4G yet, but Datasense is now available. (5gb over mobile data in the last 30 days for me 8-)
