Now that that cat is out of the bag...here are some videos filmed with the Lumia 928. The sound quality is amazing; anyone who has tried to capture a concert like this with their phone or even a point and shoot camera know how distorted the audio usually is.

Actually, it looks like they were viewable to all (unless it was a subset of friends? Can you do that on youtube?), he just wasn't sharing what phone he used to shoot the vids (see comments under the fitst vid on YT).

A couple videos were posted earlier for private viewing but now are all made public; others were uploaded this morning (and more will come later tonight).

Better watch them quickly before they are taken down...seems like copyright police is on the case.

I work with sound all day, every day. If this is recorded with a phone I need to buy that. I can hear every off pitch sing along voice and and every wrongly timed clap. Incredible.

On the phone front, since the 928 is supposed to have the same sensor as the 920, should there be a visible difference in the picture/video quality between the 2? I mean if people claim they can see the difference with the 928 shots, shouldn't a simple software update to the 920 bring up to the same level as the 928?

I have same question. Are the mics on 928 different than the ones on 920?

Again, thanks a ton for the footage. I listened on a decent headset rig and its unbelievable the detail you can hear and the bass is something I've never heard before in a situation like this on handlheld consumer gear.
