"Flash On" Doesn't Seem to Work on my Nokia Lumia 928

Anybody knowns if the lumia 1020 has the same issue???? If no...we can hope with a solution on amber firmware...

I am having the same problems.. Camera takes really good photos, then takes some really bad ones. I am going to post some example photos.
First photo is the original, second will be me editing the photo with "autofix". During these photos I attempted to turn flash on, but no flash. Although the pictures look better after autofix, you can tell the quality suffers.

I have had issues sometimes with the flash not working in other situations not just backlight. What I have done is gone into settings swipe to the left and select Photo & Camera. Scroll to the bottom and select reset camera and the flash was working again. Not sure if this would work for the dim face with backlight problem but I have gotten the camera to flash again. I think a long time ago I was able to get the flash to work with backlight... will have to look at my photos to see if I can find it.

Just thought I'd bump this up a bit. I just had this problem at a birthday party. Inside there was sunlight streaming through a window. I wanted to use flash to compensate, but turning it on did nothing. All the inside shots were garbage.

I just flashed the amber update for lumia 928 and the flash on WORKS!!!! Im very happy!

Cool, just got the update. And flash on is working. Also like the new Pro Cam app; very nice.

My Nokia Lumia 928 flash is not working at all even when I am taking out pictures at night still no flash an it is switch to on man I need some assistance here how to get it work again
