Trident Aegis-rubber loosening over time?

I have had an Aegis on my phone for about a month, and I am a little disappointed. It only came off and on the phone twice, but the rubber has gotten increasingly loose, to the point where I could squeeze the phone and feel that the rubber had give on either side of the phone. It also popped off my phone a few times-my phone was half out of my pocket, and I bent over, the case gripped my pocket but the rubber was so loose my phone actually popped out of the case partway.

Last night I swapped it for a Poetic Flipboard, and the rubber on the Aegis was so loose I could remove my phone without undoing the hard plastic first.

Anyone else experiencing this kind of looseness? Debating if it's just a case flaw or if I should contact Aegis.

Mine does seem to be a little looser along the sides but it doesn't fall off.
